Have a VO2max test conducted by an Exercise Physiologist here at McKinnon Sports Medicine. Learn the benefits of the data which can be derived from the Gas Analysis test.

Objectives
- Learn more about the body (particularly heart and lungs) during exercises
- Develop skills to interpret exercise data effectively and utilise this for program design
- Develop an understanding of the practicality of a VO2max test and related test
Prerequisites
This workshop has no prerequisites.
Class size
This workshop is performed in a one-on-one situation, however group sessions can be organised.
How you will learn
During the workshop a VO2max test will be undertaken by the participant or a client of the participant. Following the test there will be a review of the data.
Time required
This workshop takes approximately 90 -120 minutes.

Professional development points accredited
This is a KINECT Australia accredited course (KINECT PDP 1210) which can gain participants one PDP. Six points are required every two years under the new professional development program with Kinect Australia.
